We have also chosen to present an image of the King of the Great Bay of Antongil. He is dark-skinned and, in the manner of a devil, wears two horns on his head and many bronze bracelets around his arms. In this same illustration, one can also see a soldier from the same region. He carries a spear with an iron head nearly two fathoms long, as well as a wooden shield that provides little to no protection against the bullets of a handgun.
